WorkSafe Victoria Consultations all $110 (1 hour)

(The current rebate amount we receive from Worksafe Victoria is $47.88 per consultation).

The gap payment of $62.12 is payable at the completion of your consultation.

In order for us to commence work cover treatment, an approval case # is required to be sent to us via email.

Current work cover clients include: Fire Rescue Victoria, Victoria Police, CFA, SES, Ambulance Victoria

and other non-government sectors.

Private Health Insurance rebates are able to be claimed from all the major health funds in Australia.

HICAPS electronic rebate facilities are available to claim your consultation on the spot.

**Late Cancellation and No Show Policy**

If you need to cancel your appointment within 4 hours of the scheduled time, or no show, a $60 fee is payable, to cover our

costs, and to ensure we can continue keep our consultation fees low.
